Carleen the queen

This Caribbean flower is Miss Trinidad and Tobago Earth 2007. Her pageant organization describes her as a "harmonious blend of Indian, Spanish and African ancestry." We can't argue with that recipe for beauty.

Carleen Ramlochansingh (we'll just call her Carleen) is an athlete, a successful competitor in more than one pageant system and a scholar. She had an outstanding academic career and will soon be continuing her studies in Europe, among other places.

"Like a peach in perfect ripeness," the poet said of his fair lady. A peach stirring in the island breezes.
